1)Job Title : QA Software Engineer (Java/JUnit experience)
Location    : Lexington, KY.
Duration    : 3 + years

Detailed Job Description:
As a Software Engineer in Test you will be responsible for the design,
development, and execution of code and scripts that examine, validate,
and trouble-forecast all

products and services in order to meet organization standards and
end-user requirements. Other responsibilities include the design and
implementation of tools,

harnesses, and automated test systems that help Testers, Developers and
Engineers be more productive, and explore and validate functional
correctness, performance

capabilities, resource usage, and integration across systems and
platforms. You will be expected to review and analyze code, tools, and
harnesses to improve Test

Engineering productivity and drive systems forward.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Test Tools & Automation in the Enterprise QA team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES
Demonstrates strong software engineering design and development skills
Works with the development and engineering teams to create and code unit
and component level tests concurrently during development lifecycle
Works with the development, engineering, and test teams to automate testing and streamline release cycles
Develops innovative solutions for large scale automated testing strategies, quality assurance, and data analysis
Provides functional guidance, advice, and/or training to users and
ensures proper version control and configuration management of all
objects developed.
Builds advanced automated test suites
Excels in solving technical challenges
Conducts research on emerging technologies
Provides thorough documentation of testing strategies and results
Train and mentor other team members

QUALIFICATIONSRequired:
5-8 years of development or engineering experience.
Excellent coding skills in .NET or Java.
Strong experience with Visual Studio 2008/2010, .NET Framework 3.5/4.0 and ASP.NET or Eclipse, Java, J2EE, and JSP
Strong experience with JUnit, NUnit, or similar unit testing framework.
Strong experience with databases such as Oracle 11g or SQL Server.
Knowledge of Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration practices.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Effective written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.

2)Job Title :QA Governance Analyst
Location    : Lexington, KY.
Duration    : 3 + years

Detailed Job Description:

The position will deal mostly with reporting QA Metrics.
The candidate will need the following skill set:
Understanding of relational database
Advanced SQL (3 years or more),
Experience with data collection,
Handling of data outliers,
Data warehousing experience (not critical),
data staging and manipulation,
PHP, HTML (3+ years),
web authoring,
Skills in the graphical display of data/reporting/dashboards.
