Position: Technical Analyst (Environment - TA)
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: 6+ months

Skills:
Knowledge of financial services products
Understanding of FTP process
Working knowledge of Client/Server applications
Daily support of applications/infrastructure
Working with vendors and holding them accountable
Completing IT roadmap items such as testing IE8 and Win 7.0 Familiarity with server settings / integration
Knowledge of the client's Banking division
Incident & Problem management / trouble shooting of applications
Building relationships across systems
Daily communications with Business partners and vendors
