We have an opening for SE / SSE (spring, Hibernate 4 – 8 yrs.) with a CMM Level 4 company in Pune.

About Company: Our client is a US based software engineering services CMM level 4 company, who is having secure and growing clientele in USA and not affected due to recession as the clients are in basic and safe industries. It is a leading provider of outsourced software and BPO services, which is in the business for last 12 years; its clients include Fortune 100 companies, as well as small to mid-sized organizations. Company has an offshore development centre in Pune. The Company's QA center was recently awarded the US House of Representatives "Excellence in Economic Development Award".

Job Title: Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer

Experience: 4 - 8 Yrs.

Job Location: Pune

Skills:
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming
• Strong skills in Core Java , JSP
• Strong development experience in J2EE / Java 1.5 , Struts, Spring, Hibernate, SOAP, XML technologies
• Good experience in Web Services
• Good experience in Swing, GWT
• Strong experience in Tomcat/JBoss/any other web server
• Strong Oracle/ MS SQL Server and database designing skills
• Excellent grasp of standard SDLC / Agile-Scrum development
• Good experience of using source control systems
• Exposure to JBoss-Seam/ GWT / Flex is a big plus

Responsibilities:
• Do Requirement Analysis and impact analysis
• Develop and document Designs for software sub-systems
• Develop software in accordance with the defined software engineering processes
• Create reliable, efficient, maintainable software programs based upon software engineering principles
• Conduct appropriate verification and validation of software sub-systems against their high-level design criteria and functional and performance requirements
• Participate in formal and informal technical reviews, code walkthroughs and other software engineering related quality control activities
