Ok, we're making some progress.
Here's some easy things to try:
1) Open Control Panel, and then Network Connections. Right-click on Network Connections and click Properties.
In the Properties window, look in the list for "Internet Protocal (TCP/IP). Click that line once, then click the Properties button.
Make sure that "Obtain DNS automatically" is checked.
Click Ok, then go back to the Local Area Connection icon (in Network Conncetions) and right-click it.
Click "Reset", and when the reset is done, try the internet again.
2) If that does not fix it, try "power-cycling" the router/modem. Shut the computer down normally, then unplug the router from the AC power outlet. Wait about 30 secs, and plug it back in. Restart the computer and try the internet again.
3) if it still does not work, then we'll delve into your IP settings:
Default Gateway is the address of your router, which looks correct.
Your computer is getting its address from the router, which is why the first numbers are the same, with only the last set of numbers (46) being different. This also looks correct.
The DHCP being the same as the router is correct, it just means that the computers on your network are getting their addresses from the router.
The DNS is the question. DNS is what converts the Internet addresses that we type (like www.google.com) into the actual IP address numbers that the Internet uses to find websites.
From what you reported, it appears that your computer is set to get DNS from the router, which may be OK, as long as the router is set to convert DNS, which we can't tell from here.
As a test, open your browser (IE or whatever) and instead of typing words in the address bar, type an IP address.
Example: instead of typing www.yahoo.com, type:
72.30.2.43
and press the Enter key.
This should take you to the Yahoo website.
Let us know how it goes.
