What version of IE? What OS?
Tried disabling add-ons?
Not familiar with the term "re-set IE delivery settings?" Is that the same
as reset IE settings?
Tried a system restore to an earlier date before the problem started?

Hey guys, I need a bit of help with my internet explorer, it has been acting
up since last few days, it seems there is a problem with the download
displayed buttons, once I download something to my computer, the IE shows
the options on the bottom page for "open/open folder/viewdownloads" they
used to work fine but now, when I try to click either choice, they simply
don't work. I've tried to uninstall IE but can't find the location in my
program files, went to my control panel, then uninstall programs but it does
not show as is,is it named under microsoft? I've also tried to reset IE
delivery settings but nothing happened. I'm just clueless.
