A bit more information would help us to better help you...

What type of computer?

How long has the problem been occurring? Tried a system restore if you can
tie it to a specific event?

Can we assume the machine is fully updated? Scanned for malware? Scanned for
virus?

What browser is problematic? Tried the same sites with a different browser?

Perform preventative maintenance?

Tried booting with a Linux disk to see how the machine runs? (seriously: the
linux disk can be diagnostic)

Hi hows this for a mess using vista hp 32 bit with 3 gigs of ram; any ideas
on how to fix pc lagging - programs won t respond and yahoo instant
messenger can t connect to yahoo vitual server ! ?      getting tired of
never ending errors and pc slowness  - later hugs . .
