[Simply Computers] PLease help

 

My yahoo email page with the yahoo beta mail has become attached to the Mozilla Thunderbird.I Have some very personal emails in it and I am going to try and copy and paste them.But if I do this and then unlink the page from Mozilla thunderbird I will have no yahoo email address at all.My Yahoo mesenger won't let me add contacts and so a while ago I tried to get a new messenger but I must have done something wrong and it is saved to a folder and when I try to send it to my desktop ,it will not go.All my colour seetings and contast are not right and I don't know how to change them.I really don't know what to do
