Go back to Control Panel and look in the left hand column. Is there a link to "Installed Updates" ? That is where you would remove IE9 and go back to IE8, as I have done.

I've tried to uninstall IE but can't find the location in my program files, went to my control panel, then uninstall programs but it does not show as is,is it named under microsoft? I've also tried to reset IE delivery settings but nothing happened. I'm just clueless.
