Scan the drive with Malwarebytes, Superantispyware, and Emisoft Anti-malware in safe mode. If you can't scan in safe mode you may have to remove the drive and slave it in another system.
I can't imagine a legit OpenDNS hijacking you like that. I've used the real OpenDNS and it doesn't work against anti-virus and anti-malware software.
