[Simply Computers] Strange startup program

 

OS is Vista Business.
 
I see a program running at startup list when I press the Alt+Tab keys.
 
It displays the name FormMain-Pmonitor and the icon shown is a
green colour square box with letter A in it.
 
Any idea what it is and how to stop it.
I close it manualy and doesn't seem to make any difference.
 
I searched and didn't find any program with similar name installed on my computer.
