[Simply Computers] Re: Sound is extremely low please help

What operating system are you using? If using Win 7, click the sound icon in the lower left corner, then click mixer and make sure everything is turned up.

I have a Dell xps210 and my driver info is: 6/21/2006, 6.0.6000.16386, and it says they are the most updated drivers available. I bought an external usb sound drive and it didn't change anything.

When I test the drivers in the control panel / sound they sound audible with headphones on, but other than that no sound come on past about 1% of the whole volume when you open the sound menu on the task bar of your computer. I am at wit's end please help me.
